| Book on Anxiety |
A book on anxiety that many find helpful is called "The Anxiety and Phobia Workbook" by Bourne. It has worksheets and self-help exercise using a cognitive- behavioural model. There also is book on anxiety by Carolyn Dean that discusses the role of magnesium in anxiety and refers to this mineral as a "miracle". Many say that this mineral is depleted in our soil compared to the past and we are not getting sufficient quantities in our foods to meet our daily requirments.
It's always useful to keep a journal and write down what triggers anxiety to become aware during the day of typical situations that have been difficult for you so that you can prepare your coping skills in advance. |
